We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products you have ordered within 15 days of the date of your order. If this is not possible, we will notify you and at your option agree a different delivery period or provide a substitute product of equivalent value. Alternatively, you may cancel your order in which case, if your payment card has been debited, we will refund you the purchase price.
